Primary Account Administrator

Get set up as as the stc business primary adminstrator to manage your employee’s access and products.

Update Secondary Admin Account Details

Step 1: Log in to the self-care portal and navigate to Manage Organization in the side menu.

Step 2: Select the Secondary Admins sub-tab to view all secondary admin accounts.

Step 3: Locate the user account you wish to update and click Edit.

Step 4: Modify the admin information and permissions you wish to update.

Step 5: Click Save to apply your changes.
