Primary Account Administrator

Get set up as as the stc business primary adminstrator to manage your employee’s access and products.

Forgot Your User ID? (Primary Admin)

Step 1: Visit the log in page and click Forgot user ID?.

Step 2: Select Authorized Signatory from the role options and click Continue.

Step 3: Select one of the following options:

- Email

- CPR Number

- Company Registration Number

- Company Billing Account Number

- Department Billing Account Number

- Individual Billing Account Number

- MSISDN (an associated voice or broadband number)

- Invoice Number. 

Enter the selected option in the designated field.

Note: If multiple admins or businesses are linked to the registered number, select the specific admin or business accordingly. 

Step 4: Click Continue to proceed with the verification and login.
