Customer’s PBX must support SIP, in case the customer’s order is for SIP.
Customer’s PBX must be equipped with the suitable ISDN interface, in case the customer’s order is for ISDN.
If the service delivery requires help from other suppliers, e.g. the suppliers that have already delivered PBX to the Customer, the Customer must ensure that they are available to stc without delay.
At least 2U rack space must be cleared for stc service demarcation equipment in the customer premise.
The minimum temperature in the customer premise will not fall below 20°C and the maximum temperature will not exceed 35°C.
Customer will maintain a relative humidity (non-condensing) of 20% – 80% in its premise.
Customer premise must be fitted with the required and correct electricity supply of 220V, 50Hz (with earth connection) and must have a maximum distance of one meter (1m) from the equipment. The mains voltage may vary by a maximum of +/- ten percent (10%). The frequency may vary by a maximum +/- one percent (1%).
