Submitting claims

To submit a claim, you may contact stc Business Support who would advise you on the steps required. When you do so, kindly have the following information prepared: 

1)    Policy number;
2)    Date of loss;
3)    Cause of loss;
4)    Loss location address;
5)    Contact person name and mobile number;
6)    Photographs and
7)    Estimated loss amount:.

Please download and fill in the corresponding claim form. The above details shall be submitted to Solidarity along with a duly filled and signed claim form to the below email addresses during the Claim’s intimation:
