1. Use the quote generator to estimate your insurance value and cost
2. Select your preferred plan and submit your details
3. A sales representative will contact you with a form to finalize the insurance proposal
4. Solidarity will conduct an eligibility check prior to granting approval on your insurance plan
5. Once approved, the office insurance policy will be prepared and shared with you by solidarity.

Note: All insurance requests must be approved by Solidarity prior to issuing the insurance policy.
In the event an approval is not granted, you shall be notified.
