In case end-user forget their stc business Voice Plan number
Step 1: Visit the log in page and click Forgot user ID?.
Step 2: Select End-user from the role options and click Continue.
Step 3: Select one of the following options:
- Individual Billing Account Number
- MSISDN Number(an associated voice number)
- Invoice Number. Enter the selected option in the designated field.
Step 4: Click Continue to proceed with the verification and login.
